Meet The Team

Armen Solakhyan

Chief Executive Officer

Armen is a seasoned global technology leader with more than 25 years of success in the tech industry. Prior to founding Bio Access Platforms, he held the role of CTO at PharmaCCX, where he led the development of a platform for drug value-based negotiations. Armen holds a master’s degree in computer science and an undergraduate degree in applied mathematics.

Sonja Nakasian

Chief Science and Strategy Officer

Sonja’s expertise spans life sciences, data analytics, and statistics, with a focus on pharmacoepidemiology. Over the past decade, she contributed to leading biotech and pharma companies, alongside academic roles at the University of Utah, Harvard, and the University of Pittsburgh. Sonja earned her graduate degree in epidemiology from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

Paul Richardson

Chief Commercial Officer

Paul is a seasoned leader in life sciences with nearly two decades of experience, brings extensive expertise to Bio Access Platforms. His background features senior roles at organizations like Medidata Ai, THREAD Research, BRR Healthcare Partners, Dedo.Ai, Aces Health, and PRA Health Sciences, where he successfully guided companies through founding, high-growth phases, and eventual acquisition.

Sharyl Wong

Founding Member. Product Advisor.

Sharyl has 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in Market Planning, Managed Care, and Medical Affairs. She began forecasting drug revenues in management consulting and continued at Genentech, working on drugs spanning all stages of development. Sharyl holds a PhD in Virology from Harvard University.
